Improving backend file structure #106

I think we need a better folder structure in order to implement testing and to get ready to increase the codebase,

this is not completed because I removed several things in the server.js and this is a suggestion if this suggestion like you maybe I can add the other things,

@lelouchB The old stuff we had when I started changing the structure are working now but I need to fix those conflicts, this is a little update to let you know how we are in the process

I didn't had the time to go through it last week, kind of busy these days. Sorry for the delay.

I will try to get to it as soon as possible.

In the meantime you can work on testing.
