Sync DB between clients #47

Atm the DB contents are not synced between clients since each one has its own local database. A first work around for this is the following approach:

Create a DB dump file each time DB is updated.
Store this dump file in version control like the rest of the project
Each time the service is started, drop all postgre tables and import the dump file
If changes are made update the dump file and so on

This way the DB contents are synchronised without the need for cloud storage or a web hosted DB
