The issue is because of how -100% margin top. It applies from second element onward but when the first child is moved we are not adjust the second child.

Fixed the issue but there is a unwanted animation. It should look like as it has been always there. Keeping the ticket open for that.

since we are reducing/removing the animation it is no longer a issue
