Support for excluding within-landmark correlations in Mantel. Separate function for Calculating AVG ratios. Separe function for Mantel Modularity tests. Refactoring of TestModularity. Bug fix in CreateModHypot. Lottsa typos. New much better implementation of LModularity. More tests of everything!
