Unleash baudrate #132

hi there,

Nowadays, thanks to wonderful usb-serial adapters, it is possible to run at 
virtually any baud-rate. But QESP is still restricted to a predefined list.

Is there any consensus to update QESP ? I will do (some part of) the job for my 
own needs (on windows and Linux). It's OK to share with the community, when you 
are happy of such a move.

As for an example, I run 432432 through FTDI adapter. In my project the speed 
is dictated by the embedded HW, the PC must adapt.

Good idea, but features of 1.2 has been frozen and we need it keep it as stable 
as possible. however, we can add this for QESP2.0 if you can commit patch.
