Please extract the data stored within Redcap on the biological sample data.

Script: get_reportData_X.Rmd

This script requires:

access to BEACH study RedCap project via API token
R/rstudio configuration using the keyringr package
UF VPN access

Protocol:

create a biological sample report within RedCap
remove other RedCap reports related to biological samples (if unnecessary)
pull data elements via API system

This script will output:

data as an *.Rdata object locally within the directory ~/data/processed/
