1 year ago Leaving this comment to be addressed tomorrow in our meeting,
Main issues from the past week: 1) main module must exist in 'data_prepare', 'example_prediction', and 'model', maybe others, but cannot be found when I try opening these files 2) the module 'tensorflow' cannot be found when opening 'CAMP.h5' or running 'predict_CAMP.py'

- tensorflow is a google library for computing
- needs to be imported like I have done with miniconda3? 3) 'example_prediction' already exists and is not prompted to be renamed/ replaced like the others when 'sh run_first.sh' or sbatch 'slurm.job' are run 4) numerous syntax errors/ invalid syntax when trying to open files like 'README.md'
