Using the pyGenClean_find_outliers script should update the content of the automatic report. This script is used when, for instance, the multiplier (the --multiplier option) wasn't properly chosen prior to the analysis and the outliers weren't properly found.
Only the summary.tex file of the check_ethnicity step should be modified.
