I'm unsure if it's possible but could you add the ability to use a gif/video as a wallpaper?

@sorae42 Well the way i had thought of doing it would be similar to the lock icon thing except just making it take up the whole screen

most of the animated wallpaper tweaks uses a separate video player on the lock screen to achieve the same result.
