SpringBoard option “Play Sound on Shutdown” does not work at all. #88

Enabling Play Sound on Shutdown does not give the iDevice (in my case, my iPhone 13) the ability to play the shutdown sound. When shutting off the device, it stays silent. Does anyone else have this issue, or is it just me?
