Even though the MobileGestalt overwrite vulnerability was fixed in iOS 18.1, how is it still possible to enable features like Dynamic Island and Always On Display?

mobile gestalt writing was not patched, only the ability to write elsewhere was

the other nugget tweaks now use the cowabunga lite method
