"Show Risky Tweak Options" not present by default in settings. #193

I was playing around with Nugget v4.1 and noticed "Show Risky Tweak Options" isn't in settings by default, I do understand that this is supposed to be a hidden menu but is not being able to enable it intended or not?

i think i switched branches before compiling on accident, should be fixed now if u redownload
