Writing Tools issue #223

I’m using 18.2 Beta 2 on my iPhone 12, and when I try to use the writing tools in the Notes app, it says "Writing Tools Unavailable." How can I fix this issue ? Do i need to restore my iphone and again do spoofing etc for this to work properly ?
