Web app: search entry #313

Some feeds have audio versions entire from other feeds. It would be nice if we could see "related" entries somehow.

Update: This may need the arbitrary-string-to-valid-search-query API mentioned in "How do we handle query string syntax errors?" in https://github.com/lemon24/reader/issues/122#issuecomment-591302580.
