Sim Output telemetry sometimes have duplicate data.

Every other run, some outputs have twice or 3 times the data they should have i.e for a 10 step simulation the output could have 20 or 30 entries.

This was actually a Python-Merlin issue. Has been fixed. Pull from Python-Merlin to get the fix
