same ID on every footnote #23

My client accidentally used always the same id for the footnotes. In version 2.0.0 this was no problem for bigfoot. When now two footnotes with the same id are on the same page it displays the content of both on top of each other. The text isn't readable anymore.

Do you have an example page for this?

It works again with the current version.
