Firefox shows scrollbars, but Chrome doesn't #63

This is immediately reproducible on the bigfoot.js website itself:

Firefox 57.0.2:

Chrome 63.0.3239.108:

I have the same results while using bigfoot.js on my website. It would be nice if Chrome had a scrollbar too, or if this was configurable.
