Android support #14

Figure out how to make builds for Android 8 and higher (gotta get everyone in the game yk)

Not possible because of the project using HDRP

Building for android is now supported! however, many more systems for movement are required to be made on mobile, but this issue is specific to just builds working. there will be a separate issue for that that i'll create soon
