Upgrade to Unity 2023.2 #82

This is the version I would want the project to be on until the release of the next unity LTS version (which will then stay for a bit unless new unity versions have incredible features that I would want to try out)

Unity 2023.2 released a few days ago, the upgrade to the new editor will be in 0.3.1

We will stay on the latest patch version of this unity version (2023.2.x) until unity 6 releases sometime next year
