Rebuild all of the scenes with the new 2023 Materials #96

i have no clue what the materials did but they destroyed the game in dev builds (i know this because creating new materials solved the problem)

Delete and remake all materials and scenes. Also remake 1-3 and 1-2 gameplay while at it

because this issue will also fix 1-3 and 1-2 gameplay, #71 is now obsolete

Progress is going well on this, it seems unity is no longer having a seizure in builds
