Ability to create theme from command line #4

It would be great if you could use LemonSync to create a new theme from the command line instead of having to do it through the Admin panel. It would also set the theme to be the currently edited theme for the site, with the option of it being the currently active theme.

I like this as a feature, I will add it to the roadmap.
