Provide an option to kill thread from Current requests table #302

It would be great if one could kill a request thread from Current requests 
table. Currently one have to look up the thread name in Current requests and 
than kill it from Threads table.

Could the Kill column from the Threads table be added to Current requests?

Good idea.
It's done in trunk (revision 3375) and ready for the next release (1.45).

I have made a new build from the current trunk and it is available at:
http://javamelody.googlecode.com/files/javamelody-20130425.jar
