What steps will reproduce the problem?
Just when I start the  web project the problem occured.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

operating system?
1. javamelody-1.47.0.jar 
2. apache-tomcat-6.0.20

This is not bug.
It is just a log of an exception at warning level and does not harm the 
behaviour of the monitoring.

This warning may happen at startup, if previously you have killed the server 
and if the server was just writing some monitoring data in a file.
After the warning at startup the monitoring just runs without problem.
