Patient List - Grouping and Monitoring

• Doctors should have the ability to organize patients into groups or monitor them over multiple visits. Initially, a phase should be named (e.g., "First Group"). Patient data belonging to this group should be collectively stored in the database. Additionally, there should be a field in the patient information where the doctor can note the group to which the patient belongs.
