Install SSL certificate on lemoynelibrary.org

Bluehost has a free SSL certificate for Wordpress sites, so this shouldn't be too much of a problem getting the site in shape for SSL.

Main work will probably be making the images in posts all use http-free protocol.

Possible procedure:

• do mysqldump of database
• change all src="http:// and src="https:// to src="// in database
• upload modified copy of database back to MySQL server

This was actually resolved last year; just forgot to close this issue. Also, doubly resolved because we moved hosting from Bluehost to Dreamhost in October and set up a Let's Encrypt certificate there for the domain.
