Change the "Vendors/Providers" Label in the A-Z Databases List

In a librarians meeting over the summer, a desire was expressed to repurpose the "Vendors/Providers" dropdown in the A-Z Databases List to "Type of Access" and remove the vendor labels from databases and replace them with "Free" vs "Subscribed".

Springshare announced that it is now possible to change the labels via the Language Customization option. See items 61 & 62 in:

• Admin > Look & Feel > Language Options > Language Customization.

Of course, we have to also remove the old vendor assignments from the databases and reassign new "Free" vs "Subscribed" assignments.
