This work is largely completed, although I've noticed that the breadcrumbs on the non-LibGuides sites are not resizing. My guess is there are local styles that need to be removed.

Removed most custom styles from LibGuides. Left local custom styles that compensate for unwanted extra side margins. This is not a factor in the other domains.

Removed local breadcrumb styles from SerSol, Wordpress, and LibraryH3lp. But, had to add a custom local style to fix breadcrumbs in LibCal.
