i'm just super burnt out on trying to get twitch support working... if anyone can do it and make a PR for it that would be greatly appreciated

Twitch Voting Support is currently not implemented in Version 1.4, but will be in Version 1.5.

For now there is still the special ChaosIV Twitch Edition available to download, wich also features twitch chat voting support.
