.NET scripthook install links are all outdated and i know they WONT work with CE #4

I went looking for .NET Scripthook to use with the chaos mod, but all the install links are pre-CE-Patch, is there any up to date .NET Scripthook mod, oh and btw was this inspired by not only the other chaos mods for III, VC, and SA. Was this inspired by pongo1231's gta 5 chaos mod

The CE Patch includes the proper version of .NET ScriptHook for the complete edition, simply install it after the latest version of .NET ScriptHook that you can find elsewhere. Just be warned that you cannot load saves if you don't downgrade your game version to 1.0.4.0 or 1.0.7.0.

Also, this mod was mainly inspired by pongo's mod for GTA V.
