Gitea.com support #1306

Gitea is a painless self-hosted Git services. We will move our development to https://gitea.com and we are finding a suitable coverage tool/service. Currently we are using codecov but it doesn't support gitea's OAuth2 API. If you can support login with https://gitea.com(The API is similiar with Github) that's great and we could drop codecov and use overalls.

@Makonike @lunny we don't have plans to support gitea and right now only Coveralls Enterprise supports self-hosted git services.

In the future we are looking to sponsor or help sponsor open-source contributions to the Coveralls community and this type of integration could be such a project.
