Multiple broken links on the coveralls.io website to https://docs.coveralls.io/parallel-build-webhook #1764

There are multiple links throughout the coveralls.io website to https://docs.coveralls.io/parallel-build-webhook

I clicked through and got a 404 file not found error so I googled it and turns out the URL changed at some point to https://docs.coveralls.io/api-parallel-build-webhook

Please update your website with the new link
