Some timezones experience issues with the date row add click #395

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set device -4 GMT
2. ???? might be some other step that causes the issue
3. tap a date row header

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
should start an event for that day ~ midnight, rather, it starts an event at 
8pm on the previous day
