"Multiday on each day" & "Range:past" bug #441

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Under "Data sources"-->"Data source settings"-->Range:past, select any
option to show items in the past (I have 3 days selected).
2. Under "More customization"-->enable expert mode-->"Display type settings",
enable "Multiday on each day"
3. Refresh the calendar widget. After selecting any value for Range:past to
display events (I use 3 days), previous events are displayed according to the
user defined settings, but once "multiday on each day" is enabled, the widget
will no longer display ANY events that occur in the past, regardless of the
defined settings.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Based upon my settings (3 days in the past), I expect the widget to continue to
display events occurring in the past, depending on the user settings. This
functions correctly until "multiday on each day" is enabled. Once "multiday on
each day" is selected, the widget will correctly display an entry on each day
of a multiday event, but will no longer show events occurring in the past even
if the user has defined a Range:past range (3 days for my settings).

What Android OS are you using? Which version of Agenda Widget
Jellybean 4.2.2, Agenda Widget 2.1.24

I have this issue as well. Normally I don't look back past midnight, but I just
had to test something and found this bug.

Bug report is ten months old and still not accepted, any news on this?

Thanks for creating a great app/widget, love it!
