DateFormat: Appointment with the same start and end time is formatted like an all-day event #448

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add an appointment with the end time set to the same value as the start time
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Appointment will be displayed with the start/end time
Actual: Appointment is displayed at the appropriate place, chronologically, in 
the list but no start time is shown. 

What Android OS are you using? Which version of Agenda Widget
Android version 4.1.2 (Sprint Samsung Galaxy Note II)
Agenda Widget version 2.1.24

Please provide any additional information below.
Please attach a log file attachment if possible in the case of force
closes.
Please add a label for the category of error (e.g. if dates are showing
incorrectly please choose "DateFormat"
