replace ClockToBoolean block of CRML.mo? #84

Unit tests on "Inside" etl-operator reveal some issues for unit conversion when using "ClockToBoolean" block of CRML.mo. Replacing it by the one of the MSL library 4.0.0 seems to solve the issues.
