Fixes #25

added mapper
added sender
added corresponding unit tests
adjusted order controller
removed sendGrid config (concerned API) from GitHub, because our sendGrid account got blocked (it's not allowed to publish API for security reasons). I will send you a new API key separately.

It seems like there is a conflict in SendGridConfiguration.java. Pull the changes, fix and push again.
