Is it a problem of chatgpt or openai blcoking my ip?

But chatgpt app in smartphone is still ok.

i found an easy solution to open chatgpt use the Urban VPN Proxy

i use to meet this problem, i choose global proxies and change ip to usa,then refresh it after a while,and this problem solved

clear browser cache *Time range set to last 24 Hours, if still unable to load the site, try longer time range to clear

Dear hasan, It doesnt work anymore... you need to use static ip!
