I also have this issue

MrJarnould commented 10 months ago

When I encounter this bug, I see this error message in the console:

Blocked script execution in 'https://fileserviceuploadsperm.blob.core.windows.net/files/XXXXX?se=2023-08-18T10%3A43%3A30Z&sp=r&sv=2021-08-06&sr=b&rscd=attachment%3B%20filename%3DXXXX.zip&sig=XXXXX' because the document's frame is sandboxed and the 'allow-scripts' permission is not set.

Same problem here. Version 1.1.0 on Mac OS Ventura 13.5.1

uhlhosting commented 10 months ago

this is a issues that seems needs to be addressed asap, hence now we can upload and download data from chatgpt.

@lencx Any updated on this?

@lencx any update on this?

uhlhosting commented 9 months ago

Can we say this is abandonware already?

jonathanalevi commented 8 months ago

Same here, and yeah, looks abandoned.

DonRichards commented 8 months ago

Same here. "Download file" doesn't work in the local app but does seem to work in the website version. I have Version 1.1.0 installed locally with using "Advanced Data Analysis" on Ubuntu 23.04.

tddschn commented 6 months ago

Kindly bumping the issue again - my current workflow for downloading files is to open the recent chat in a browser, then click download, which is not ideal.

The project is dead end

DonRichards commented 5 months ago

There does seem to be a stall on this project since there hasn't been a merge in 6 months.
