ChatGPT 3.5, the free version

Bug description

Can't able to open ChatGPT on my browser, the message comes as "Free Research Preview. ChatGPT may produce inaccurate information about people, places, or facts. ChatGPT August 3 Version" and no any other options is seen there.

For me, on the website, this problem was due to using a custom DNS service. Doing the following worked in my case:

  1. Log in to your DNS service's portal and add a manual override allowing the cdn.oaistatic.com domain. If your DNS server belongs to your company or ISP, you may have to make a request to them. (This domain is newly registered, so it was being blocked by my DNS service.)
  2. In Windows, run ipconfig /flushdns to flush the DNS resolver cache.

I am not currently a user of this application (ChatGPT Desktop), but perhaps this information will help to resolve this issue :)

As CerebralDatabank's saying, the problem was due to using a custom DNS service so I set my computer's DNS Server to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 and solved it.

If you don't know how to set DNS Server in your computer:
