Saving .md documents naming after the name of the chat AND six-pos id [Feature] #1155

Feature description

Instead of saving a chat to xxxxxx.md file where xxxxxx is a unique id I propose to save into 'Chat Name xxxxxx.md'

Motivation

It's much easier to find and navigate the saved chat files.
