Bug description

When users input a forward slash ("/") into the input field, the expected behavior is for the prompt {cmd} to appear as intended. However, currently, the prompt is not being displayed after entering the forward slash. This issue disrupts the expected flow of commands and needs to be addressed to ensure a seamless user experience.

same happened on Mac Sonoma 14.3.

Tested with several version of ChatGPT on Mac Sonoma 14.3. ChatGPT 1.1.0 => problem happens. ChatGPT 1.0.0 => problem happens. ChatGPT 0.12.0 => prompt works.
