Mismo problema, y al dar "refresh" sale "error" en letras rojas. Alguien sabe por qué? Desde jueves 07 esta así en la app de Windows, aunque también he tenido algunos problemas en versión Web. No tanto en la app en Iphone.

My solution: In the application, I used the console to clear the cache, deleted the preferences folder (.chatgpt) via the Finder on my Apple system, restarted the application which asked me for my access codes. And the chat started working normally again.

Please try clearing cookies, or switch languages again in the ChatGPT settings.

Resolved:

1. Open the web version of ChatGPT and change to English in the Settings (may not be necessary)
2. Uninstall this open source ChatGPT app completely and reinstall it. Do not join the Alpha Language program once logged in

As described by @caroyou (in Chinese), you can follow these steps:

1. Open ChatGPT in Safari.
2. Open Safari Developer Tools (You may need to enable the Menu option in Safari Settings).
3. Navigate to Memory and delete local storage, session storage, and cookies.
4. Then, re-login with the app.

This process has proven effective for me as well.
