Issue with ChatGPT on macOS Monterey Version 12.7.5 #1333

I am writing to inform you that ChatGPT is not functioning properly on my macOS Monterey Version 12.7.5, iMac Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015. Could you please let me know if this version is deprecated or if there are any known compatibility issues?

Idem on my macOS Monterey Version 12.7.5, iMac Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2019 The normal interface window is loaded but prompt is not answered
