Paying user unable to access their ChatGPT and no noticeable steps to correct the issue or any emailing expressing issue with the outage or delay. Anyone have any clarity on this?

I have the same problem on my professional paid chatGPT account. I had the bad idea to clear cache.

But on my personal account I am able to use chatGPT since yesterday. So this may come from something like an authentication server which may be still down. I have the message that they don't finished to restore the history for users.

So I guess they probably shut down the authentication server to prevent from history conflicts.

Same here, paid member. Have been getting this error for over 12 hours now. I log in using Google. I've never been able to create a password after signing in using Google.

Fixed! I deleted the folder "c:\Users\User\AppData\Local\com.lencx.chatgpt\" and then everything worked.

PS Offtopic: Lencx, is there any way to run several copies of your app on the same PC and login as different users?

Paid software shouldn't be down for 2 days, even just one hour is really really bad customer service, cancelling premium as soon as I get access bad and leaving a bad review right now about the pro version. I mean at $20/month it’s super cheap. Also, this isn’t a paid subscriber problem. It’s an SSO problem. Anyone trying to sign in via SSO can’t get in. I opened another account that doesn’t use SSO and it’s fine.

It’s not constantly down though. This is the first time I’ve ever had a problem at all.

They should absolutely issue some refunds for the time it’s been down. Two days is ridiculous, but when you look at the product overall, I think $20 a month is a fair price.
