refreshes on changing tabs #35

Steps to reproduce: 1) Open a tab, ChatGPT for example 2) Navigate to Claude 3) Return to ChatGPT 4) ChatGPT is now refreshed, I need to select the chat session again from top left

Switching URLs is akin to opening a new tab in a browser. Since there is no tab management, the current area will be reset. Noi acts more like an app for a specific URL and frequent switching is not recommended. Fully implementing browser functionalities is not the original intent of Noi; it is not meant to replace browsers.
