Project should automatically set up the necessary toolchain stuff #12

We need to do a bit of manual jiggery pokery to get it up and running initially 
when we create a 
project. We should instead set the new project wizard up to do the right thing.

What do we do about other OSs? It's a bit mac specific at the moment.

I've now fixed this so the toolchain is set up from 'objective c toolchain' 
when going via the objective c wizard.
