Indexer needed for Obj-C #2

CDT generates its ADT information from a parser, and reaches out across the 
many tens or 
hundreds of include files via an indexer process, which should be fast and 
efficient. There have 
been several revisions of this for the C/C++ CDT, so we should learn from those 
examples as well 
as seeing what can be reused/extended rather than reinvented

I've put this as a 0.2 milestone, because although it's needed for things like 
code-completion, I think we can 
get away with being able to build and run a Hello World program initially 
without needing funky editor support
