New Version does not work with Mountain Lion. Error: cannot write output file #118

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Dragging AIFF file onto XLD icon in dock
2.
3.

How about the reproducibility (always, sometimes, rarely, ...)?
Always

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
M4A files/ Error message:cannot write output file

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 20121013 (142.0) on iMac 2.8 gHx Intel Core i7 w 4G RAM

Please provide any additional information below.
Older version worked fine with all OSX versions

error message converting some, not all, Flac files to mp4 on an intel core 2 
duo running 10.8.4
No problem converting to other formats. XLD rules.

Do you mean the error always occurs when converting a specific FLAC file?

Had this error when I tried to "force mono encoding". Once I deselected that, 
files got transcoded fine.
