Missing tutorials for XLD #134

As xld is free I have absolutely no right to complain about it, but as a first
time user, I'm surprised by the complete lack of even the most basic
instructions for it's use. Most of the options in 'preferences' use terminology
that means nothing to me, and it's only by trial and error that I'll have any
chance of using xld. Maybe there are some online resources I've been unable to
find that would help??

Basically all you have to do in preferences is select output format and output
folder. After that it depends on what you want to do with XLD, but if you want
to convert files just open files with XLD. If you want to rip CDs select 'File'
-> 'Open Audio CD' then hit Extract button on the appeared window.

My bad for missing official tutorials, but you can find some unofficial
materials on the web.

Problem is, I never get that "Extract" button. I can do all the CDDB stuff,
and edit the metadata and so on. Using "Open" instead of "Open Audio CD" I can
rip individual tracks. But the option to rip this as a disc, with the "Exract"
button, is just unvailable.
