What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Borrow CD from public library or find another possibly scratched CD
2. Rip; extraction gets as far as the same spot each time
3. Notice time increases but no error message
How about the reproducibility (always, sometimes, rarely, ...)?
Multiple times with the same two CDs, both commercially pressed older CDs.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After my 10 retries -- expect an error message
Or--- expect to be able to cancel the extraction.
I have to force quit the XLD and then cannot relaunch & extract again --- have
go to Disk utility > Eject the disc and then relaunch XLD first.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 20121027 (142.1)
OS 10.7.5
